Stephen Moseley

Stephen started working in the Facilities Management industry, running the day to day soft services for international charity Plan International, before moving onto become Facilities Manager for Lucent Technologies, later to become Agere systems, where he was responsible for managing seven staff and running the European HQ.

Promoted to their EMEA Real Estate Manager in 2004, Stephen's remit increased to cover seventeen offices over ten countries, a position which included all Facilities, Project Management works, and H&S within the UK.

Between 2004 and 2007 Stephen rationalised Agere's European offices and initiated approximately three consolidation exercises and seven office closures.

In 2008 Stephen joined Stream Properties to work on a 70,000 sq.ft category B office fit-out and relocation at the new Paddington based HQ for a major software company.

Stephen is fully NEBOSH qualified and has held positions on a number of specialist Health and Safety related committees.
