The Stream Property Management service offers a personalised property management service to our clients, dealing with rent and service charge collection, tenant liaison and condition management.
We can help corporate clients maximise returns from commercial property that has become surplus to current requirements as well as ensuring that Head Lease obligations are being upheld.
We provide quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as ongoing management reports as appropriate.
Regular property inspections help ensure the assets we manage are well looked after, even if repair is a tenant's responsibility.
