• Selection of contractors to tender, tendering the project, and providing a detailed cost review for the client
• Negotiating terms of Principle Contractors engagement, their fees and preparing the contract for your approval and signature, in conjunction with your solicitors, if required.
• Planning the project with the client and contracting team, including timescale, team responsibilities, and financial targets
• Manage the project process once on site including regular site meetings and project management updates on progress, cost and programme to the client
• Ensuring the quality of work during the contract and on completion of the project.
• Agreeing valuations and certifying for client payment
• Acting as Clients representative and being the single point of contact for the Principle Contractor
• Snagging and preparing the Final account
