Graham Moreton

Graham Moreton commenced his career in 1979 with the West End Surveying practice J. Trevor & Sons, where he was responsible for the management of commercial and retail premises.

In 1983 Graham joined Data General as a Real Estate and Facilities Manager. Merging his diverse property and engineering skills with a thorough understanding of IT, Graham developed a highly respected department which became responsible for the acquisition of space, project management of internal refurbishment, Construction, Churn projects and the Facilities Management of Data General's substantial European property portfolio with an annual operational budget in excess of $75 million.

In 1993, Graham left to become a partner with Haywards, which later formed Opus 4. As Facilities Director he headed up the Facilities Management Division with a client budget spend in excess of £ 60 Million and had responsibility for Health & Safety, Quality and HR. During this time Graham advised a large number of major multi national organisations (British Airways, BAX Global, Otis Plc, Black & Decker and the Novar Group Plc) in either running their facilities or acting as construction management/client agent. Graham also acted as a consultant to senior management implementing change management processes to ensure that the incumbent property staff were geared up to meet the challenges of emerging legislation and to deliver "Best Practice" throughout the property cycle.

Following the sale of his shareholding of Opus 4 in 2003, Graham formed Stream Properties Ltd with David Robertson.

Working with joint venture partners to Stream Properties, Graham undertook the Management responsibility for both the Investment Management and Project Management Divisions. Grahams current projects include the heading up of the Professional Team of a brown field regeneration project comprising of a large site in Norwich City with a budget in excess of £ 25 million to provide all roads and infrastructure and associated planning matters to the new development and overseeing as Clients representative the construction of a new Holiday Inn Hotel and Sports Arena, these projects will be rolled out over the next three years.

Graham has also recently completed a "fast track" £ 7.5 million CAT B fit out of a property in Paddington, this included the move management of 750 staff from five different locations into their Headquarters Building.
