David Robertson
David Robertsonis a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the RICS. He started with Weatherall Green and Smith and then joined Barclays Bank Property Department, before moving to the Burton Group in 1985. David was responsible for the operational portfolio, the in-house design and construction function and the FM team. He progressed to the development subsidiary of the Group (BPT) responsible for office and industrial schemes.
In 1998 David accepted a role of Real Estate Director at Opus 4 where he was able to bring his broad range of professional property skills to an occupier focused consultancy. Most recently he worked for clients such as BAX Global, Gillette, Indus and London Electric.
In 2003 David Robertson and Graham Moreton set up Stream Properties providing tailored real estate advice to corporate clients.
