Our Directors
David
Robertson is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the
RICS. He started with Weatherall Green and Smith and then joined
Barclays Bank Property Department, before moving to the Burton
Group in 1985. David was responsible for the operational portfolio,
the in-house design and construction function and the FM team.
He progressed to the development subsidiary of the Group (BPT)
responsible for office and industrial schemes.
Graham
Moreton. After completing four years with J Trevor and
Sons, Graham joined Data General in 1983 as Real Estate and Facilities
Manager. Merging his diverse property and engineering skills with
a thorough understanding of IT. Graham developed a highly respected
department which became responsible for Data General's substantial
European property portfolio with an annual budget in excess of
$75 million.
In 1993 he left to become a partner of Haywards
which later became Opus 4 with Graham as founding partner. As Facilities
Director he managed a client budget of over $60 million with internal
responsibility for Health and Safety, Quality and Human Resources.
His major clients included Lucent Technologies, Otis plc, Black and
Decker and the Novar Group.
